Some terms used and not otherwise defined herein, shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them under the document “Terms of Use”.
This "privacy policy" governs the privacy practices with respect to your use of the “CaloSense” website and the mobile application and the services offered therein by “CaloSense Health" Ltd., which operates the Application on which your Care Pprovider" accesses your User Content. Every employee and/or entity who has any access to the information (Including a third party) is subject to a signed disclosure agreement.
What data do we collect?
We collect data about you from several sources:

Data that your "Care Provider / Medical Team" uploads to the Service through the care team portal during the registration and use of the Service such as your name, phone number, height, weight, gender, etc.

Measurements are uploaded onto the Application. Such measurements may include measurements which the Application reads from and an add-on device by accessing your account with the provider of such device (only following your permission to access data from such a specific account), and information which you upload to the Application either through a direct connection to the device or manually by entering the data.

Data which you provide when completing various questionnaires, which your care provider asks you to complete;

Data concerning your usage of the Service such as when you log into your account, how often do you log in.

Data that is being collected from the devices that you wear.

Data from the "Medical Team" and/or You that was collected during the treatment.

What are we doing with the data?
We use the data which we collect in the following manners:

We use data to provide you with the Service and to communicate with you in accordance with our "Terms of Use". Such usage includes the transfer of data to your "Care Provider"/ "Medical Team" as well as your health organization.

We use the data in order to further develop, improve and customize the Service as detailed herein and in our document of “Terms of Use”. Such use may include the prevention of bugs and errors in the Service, the development of new services to our clients, and the aggregation of statistical data in an unidentified manner.

We use the data in order to promote the safety and security of the data. Such use may include verification of the authenticity of the user who is connecting to the Service.
Who shares the data?
The data uploaded to the Service is shared with your "Care Provider" / "Medical Team" and "Health Organization" via the “CaloSense” Health platform. We may also share data for the purpose of complying with any applicable law, legal process, governmental request, to enforce any of our legal rights, defend against legal claims, investigate any illegal use, abuse, violations of our terms, and any other similar uses.
“CaloSense” will not share with third parties any data about you and your use of the Application as detailed herein and in the document of “Terms of Use” unless that data will be in an anonymized format (A reasonable person can not identify you), except when it is permitted under the "Terms of Use" or is necessary to enforce them, when it is required under the law or court order, or for any of the following purposes:

Using Service Providers for technical aspects of operating and supporting the Application, those third parties might be exposed to data collected based on your activities within the Application.

A judicial order that requires it to share or disclose your data or items about you to a third party.

Any dispute, claim, prosecution, or legal proceedings of any kind arising between you and “CaloSense”.

Re-organizing the operation of the Application within a different corporation, or merging into or with other entities or merging the operation of the Application with a third party, “CaloSense” will be entitled to transfer to the new entity a copy of the information about you collected from the Application, provided, however, that those entities agree to be subjected by the provisions of this policy. If those entities do not agree to be subjected to the provisions of this policy, you will be given a proper 30 days' prior notice within the Application and Website and with the opportunity to delete your account data altogether before the policy changes will be effective.

Right to Access and Control the Data
You are authorized to see all data uploaded to the Application. You can add data, but you can't delete data that has been uploaded.
If you may delete the Application, all data with respect to you and your account shall not be deleted and shares remain stored on the Google Cloud.
Data Retention
All your data is stored via the Google Cloud, which is HIPPA certified. No data which you upload - is saved on the application.
Information Security
You can download the Application free from Google Play and App Store. As a user, you should be aware of Application updates and download them as soon as published. Although “CaloSense” uses the secured platform of Google, you are responsible to secure your mobile and physical environment. Therefore, and in order to keep access to data safe, we recommend you to implement the following information security requirements' as demanded by HIPAA as well as the following guidelines:

Do not leave your password unattended and do not give it to an unauthorized person.

Set a screen saver after at least 20 minutes of inactivity of your mobile device.

Install an antivirus or endpoint security client.

Use strong passwords and strong authentication tools like fingerprints.

Use only authorized and certified laboratories - in case of malfunction.
You and Your Care Team are responsible to inform “CaloSense” about any data breach in your Mobile device or their PC or portal account (respectively).
You will be fully and solely responsible for any and all data and items which are uploaded to the Application.
Log Data
Be aware that in some cases (Like app error), we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include data such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. Our Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some features of this app.

We do not collect personally identifiable data from users under 13.
In case we discover that it happened we shall delete the data from our files.

If we make material changes to this policy, and you are a registered user of the Service, we will notify you by email.
We will advise you before any material change to this policy, and give you the opportunity to review such revised policy before deciding if you would like to continue to use the Service.
